PROJECTS
We have delivered programs totaling more than $26 million invested in our client communities to date and expect to deliver more than $100 million investments by 2025. Exciting projects we look forward to completing include real estate developments ok Cleveland's lakefront and new grant programs for small businesses in New York.
CLIENTS
We work with established nonprofit and private organizations, small and large, such as a national private financial organization that primary activity is the investment of capital into businesses and a neighborhood-based organization that creates programs to enhance the lives of everyone in its community.

Blockson Business Development Company was formed in 2020 to help businesses resume economic growth disrupted by the COVID-19 global pandemic. Its mission is to help rebuild and sustain communities around the world by offering a variety of development services.
