In its founding year, Blockson BDC focused on supporting small businesses, particularly those impacted by economic challenges. Through partnerships with nonprofits like Grow America, we helped nearly 12,000 businesses access critical small business grants, awarding more than $45,000,000 in funding in less than four (4) years. The financial support was vital in helping businesses thrive, recover, and expand.

We expanded to offer business improvement district management services in collaboration with Campus District Inc. and real estate services with Ozanne Construction.
